The temperature chart recorder is designed record temperature readings. The recorder features a digital display and a temperature sensor that si enclosed with a 4-inch stainless steel jacket, which may be immersed in any solid or liquid that is compatible with 300 series Stainless Steel. The recorder uses a single pen and records the temperature information on a 20 foot long, 4 and 3/4" wide strip chart. Power is supplied through a 120 VAC 50/60 Hz plug-in adapter.
