The SD-947 4-channel thermocouple/RTD meter with optional data logging is used when very high or very low temperatures need to be monitored in several areas at once, and the LCD gives immediate access to the current conditions without the need to connect to a pc. Depending on the sensor used, the extremely wide temperature range that can be measured is -100°C to +1700°C (-148°F to +3092°F).
Thermocouple sensors and RTD’s are used in an extremely wide variety of applications such as concrete curing, forensics, and food processing, and are available in many styles.
Readings from the SD-947 can be recorded directly to an SD card (4GB SD Card Included), allowing data to be exported to MS Excel for analysis.
